Our Edna Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied red wine in a classic style with ripe dark fruit flavors complemented by hints of dusty vanilla, leather, anise and cocoa powder. This California Cabernet has a balanced acidity and finishes with fine, ripe tannins.
The region now home to Edna Valley Vineyard saw its first grapes planted in the days of the California missions. Today, following in the footsteps of our founder, Jack Niven, we continue to craft award-winning Chardonnay – the first variety planted in the Edna Valley. In addition, we offer five other varietal wines.
